©1987, Ruler Fish. 2.5 x 5 x 1 inches. Wooden ruler, brass, fabricated. This is the first fish I made. I don't remember where the idea came from anymore. Maybe those kid's pull toys. There are little links across the top and bottom of the fishes body to hold the sections together. The face is roughly carved, the coloring on the fins is from soldering.
