SIMPLE COPPER FRAMESThese are fun little frames made from plexiglass and tooling copper. Because the plexiglass supports the tooling copper they can be fairly large. One student made a wonderful asymmetrical frame that was about 6 inches high and 9 inches wide. We will decorate them with metal punches, or a ball point pen. If you can do cold connections, you could attach small objects to them. When they are completed we will apply a patina. The smaller sizes make wonderful Christmas tree ornaments and they all look charming hanging on the wall in a group. |
