Flying Over There ©1989, 3.25 x 2.5 x .5 inches. Copper, black plexiglass, formica, brass nuts, animal tooth, tiny starfish, bird bone. This little icon has long been a favorite of mine. I made it in honor of someone very dear to me. There is a personal message etched on the inside back, where no one can see it. It's small and doesn't make a big impression. I spent so much time on it, I set the price pretty high, so it never sold. Lucky for me - now I would never part with it. Not For Sale. .
